29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about November 6th, 2023 Location: 1140 Grinnell Pl, Bronx, NY 10474 a) Employees were exposed to hazardous energy sources because the employer did not develop, document, and utilize energy control procedures, including, but not limited to procedures for cleaning and servicing of the Zimmerman volumetric concrete mixer truck.
