29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: a. On or about 10/02/2023, at 7075 W. Riverbend Road, Dunnellon, Florida, 33343, an employee was operating a table saw/circular hand-fed ripsaw to cut pieces of wood, during which time the saw was not equipped with an automatically adjusting hood/safety guard; therefore, exposing the employee to an amputation hazard.
