29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1: a) 5105 DTC Parkway, Greenwood Village, CO 80111: On or about October 23, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respirable crystalline silica while engaged in Table 1 tasks including, but not limited to, using handheld grinders for uses other than mortar removal where specified exposure controls and work practices were not implemented.
