29 CFR 1926.502(a)(2): The employer did not provide and install all fall protection systems required by this subpart for employee(s) and did not comply with all other pertinent requirements of this subpart before employee(s) began the work that necessitates the fall protection. a) West Wing, Northeast Corner: On or about July 12, 2023, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards of approximately 17.1 feet to the ground below, in that the employer did not provide and install a fall protection system suited for employees prior to performing demolition work on an elevated surface.
