29 CFR 1910.334(a)(1):Portable electric equipment was not handled in a manner which would not cause damage: 5914 Zangs Drive, San Antonio, TX: On or about September 13, 2023 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to electrical hazards created by a relocatable power tap affixed horizontally to a shelve rack with no support to the cord sleeve.
