29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Interior Walls - A power tool was plugged to a series of connected extension cords, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards. b) Interior Walls - A receptacle box, designed for permanent mounting, provided with a flexible cord, was used as an extension cord to power a Power Breezer cooling system, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards. c) Catwalk- A receptacle box, designed for permanent mounting, was used as an extension cord to provide power to a DeWalt saw, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.
