29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about August 14, 2023, employees were exposed to potential physical and fire hazards because the fire extinguisher located on the north wall of the Small Parts Room was blocked and not readily accessible in an emergency situation.
