29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: a) At 2293 Cuban Lily Drive, Lot 270 Battles Trace, Fairhope, Alabama: On August 7, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a job made scaffold with a work platform that measured 8 inches wide exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 20 feet 2 inches to the ground below.
