29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: (a)Core Framing, LLC at 5501 - 5503 & 5505 - 5507 South Huntwood Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57110: On or about and at times prior to July 13, 2023, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards, while conducting work on an elevated work platform on the forks of the telehandler. Employees did not utilize personal fall arrest systems while remaining on the platform and being moved to a different location. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 10 feet.
