29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) On or about July 6, 2023, the employer did not ensure exits routes were unobstructed. Wood shop materials were stored immediately adjacent to, and in front of exit door adjacent to glue application and drying station, as well as the doors deadbolt lock being engaged, preventing personnel from exiting the facility in an emergency. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards.
