29 CFR 1926.1204(d): Provide the following equipment (specified in paragraphs (d)(1) through (9) of this section) at no cost to each employee, maintain that equipment properly, and ensure that each employee uses that equipment properly: 29 CFR 1926.1204(d)(1): Testing and monitoring equipment needed to comply with paragraph (e) of this section. a. Located at Thoroughbred Drive at Rickenbacker Parkway, Lockbourne, OH 43137: On or about July 3, 2023, the employer failed to enforce the use of Honeywell GasAlert MicroClip XL gas monitors before initial entry and continuously thereafter to ensure that employees could evaluate atmospheric conditions within permit-required confined spaces.
