29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not ensure that rigging equipment not be used without affixed, legible identification markings required by paragraph (a)(2) of this section: Adjacent to Military Drive West and Creek Knoll: On or about April 15, 2023 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while lifting pipe with a hook and shackle which did not have identification marks.
