29 CFR 1910.95(g)(6):At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels : On or about April 6, 2023, the employer did not ensure annual audiograms were provided for employees who noise levels were equivalent or exceeded the 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) of 85 dBA working in the an industrial assembly department. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
