Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 003A Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) Facility - On or about April 6, 2023, the employer did not have a written hazard communication plan for the facility when employees were working with hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Nitric Acid Blend and Sodium Hydroxide. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
