29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about March 22, 2023, as a part of the High-Bay light fixture replacement upgrade project, the employer did not ensure a competent person performed frequent and regular inspections of the job site that included the Service Drive area of the facility to ensure that hazardous conditions were identified and corrected. (b) On or about March 23, 2023, as a part of the High-Bay light fixture replacement upgrade project, the employer did not ensure a competent person performed frequent and regular inspections of the job site that included the Service Drive area of the facility to ensure that hazardous conditions were identified and corrected.
