29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1):The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): WORKSHOPS/211 and 214 FOOD TERMINAL PLAZA, NEW HAVEN, CT: On or about March 20, 2023, the employer had not conducted a workplace hazard assessment for personal protective equipment (PPE) such as (but not limited to ) the operations production area, sauce production area and set-up areas where the employees are required to wear lab coat, plastic sleeves, safety glasses, rubber and cloth gloves, and boots.
