29 CFR 1910.219(f)(1)(i): Gears. Gears shall be guarded in accordance with one of the following methods: By a complete enclosure; On or about February 21, 2023, at an establishment located at 1097 Ehlers Street, in Neenah, Wisconsin; in the Display Area for the FMC 3001 Flexo Press, S/N: 3833, the six print decks had gears which rotated during operation each had a guard that was not fully enclosed allowing access from the top and behind exposing employees to caught in hazards.
