29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1):Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: Worksite located at 5400 Chouteau Trafficway, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a shock or electrocution hazard in that the employer failed to inspect the electrical equipment that could shock or electrocute an employee. Extension cords had been spliced together to make one cord and wrapped with electrical tape.
