29 CFR 1910.217(b)(7)(iii): Machines using part revolution clutches. A means of selecting Off, "Inch," Single Stroke, and Continuous (when the continuous function is furnished) shall be supplied with the clutch/brake control to select type of operation of the press. Fixing of selection shall be by means capable of supervision by the employer. a) On February 1, 2023, the fixing of selection of off, "inch," single stroke, and continuous was not under the supervision of the employer in that the keys for selection were left in the selection switch for the Aida 200 Ton Press serial number 00120-0162 on inch mode.
