29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified them so that they were readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury. Location - 9 Myrtle Street, Waltham, MA 02453 On or about 1/20/23, a fire extinguisher located at the rear of the main warehouse area was not mounted in place as required.
