29 CFR 1910.305 (g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: At the worksite located at 8121 US Highway 69 Kansas City, MO 64119: Employees that use the Ford Motor Company Kansas City Assembly Plant cafeteria were exposed to electrical shock hazards. A refrigerated unit used to store food available for purchase by plant employees is powered using an extension cord in lieu of permanent wiring.
