29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rests on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of 1/8 inch: (a)Bell Incorporated at 609 West Algonquin Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to November 30, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the work rest on the Dayton Pedestal Industrial Grinder, Model # 2Z341N within the maintenance area was adjusted to allow a max opening of 1/8 inch. This condition exposed employees to struck by hazards associated with grinding wheel breakage.
