29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) and -2 on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced. a) 401 Ogletown Road, Newark DE 19711 (Maintenance Area): On or about November 29, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees who use hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Stampede heavy-duty floor finish (55-gallon drum) were not provided training in the hazard communication standard as required when a new hazard was introduced.
