29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a- 32 Staton Road, Mount Holly NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet to the ground below, when accessing and egressing the upper floor of a commercial structure using the damaged, stepped part of an A-framed ladder that was missing it back section. Condition observed on or about 11/08/22. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
