29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a) Throughout the facility, located at 503 Morgan Lakes Industrial Blvd, #200, Savannah, GA 31407, on or about October 24, 2022, the employer exposed employees to crushed-by and struck-by hazards, in that the employer failed to ensure that materials stacked in tiers were stacked, blocked, and/or interlocked while employees worked inside the building.
