29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: a) 901 Market Street Wilmington, DE: On or about October 3, 2022, the employer failed to perform monthly inspections on the portable fire extinguishers located throughout the construction site of unfinish apartments , stairwells and corridors on multiple floors throughout the property. Multiple extinguishers identified throughout the building were determined to be inadequately filled as well not having been inspected.
