29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2): Where exposed live parts were not deenergized, work practices that were used were not suitable for the conditions under which the work was performed: (a) On or about 09/07/2022, 6125 University Drive, Huntsville, AL 35806, NE Section inside the building, employees working on a live 3 phase 480-volt circuit supplying a HVAC were exposed to electrocution hazards because the employer did not ensure that the work practices used were suitable for the conditions under which the work was to be performed and for the voltage level of the exposed electric conductors or circuit parts.
