29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) Location: 2324 East Main Street, Waterbury, CT 06705 - On or about September 7, 2022, the employer had not established and implemented a written hazard communication program for the hazardous chemicals used in repointing tasks including, but not limited to, mason sand, portland cement, and respirable crystalline silica exposure during tuckpointing tasks.
