29 CFR 1910.268(b)(7): The employer did not ensure that no employee approached or took any conductive object closer to any electrically energized overhead power lines and parts than prescribed in Table R-2 or in (i) - (iii) of this section: a) 130 Tressler Lane Spring Mills, PA Residential Cabin - An employee working in a bucket of a Chevy C5500 Utility Truck breached the approach distance and contacted the 7200-volt power line, on or about August 10, 2022., on or about August 10, 2022. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
