29 CFR 1910.107(c)(2): Open flame or spark producing equipment was not kept from a spraying area nor within 20 feet and wasn't separated from by a partition: Main Phillips Global building, northwest, spraying area: On or about 20 July 2022, a Graco Nova 390 PC Electric Airless paint sprayer was found within the spraying area and within 20 feet without a partition. A label on the sprayer indicates that the sprayer generates sparks and is equipped with warning labels.
