29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: (a) 2100 South Fwy Rd, Pueblo, CO 81004 (EVRAZ): On or about July 22, 2022, employees were exposed to struck by and pinch point hazards in the Rail Mill's saw shop. The employer failed to ensure that the gap between the Metabo DSD 250 (bench grinder) grinding wheel and the work rest was no more than one-eighth inch.
