29 CFR 1910.37(a)(2): Exit routes must be arranged so that employees will not have to travel toward a high hazard area, unless the path of travel is effectively shielded from the high hazard area by suitable partitions or other physical barriers. a) 1234 South Governors Avenue, Dover, DE 19904 (Shop Areas and Paint area): On or about June 23, 2022, exit routes obstructed by a 5-gallon flammable container of Wilsonart 1700 contact adhesive stored along the exit egress route, along with various other flammable liquids stored outside a exit door. Additionally, the walking working surfaces were covered with wood dust determined to be explosive which was located along the route.
