29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): a) At the fabrication shop located at 1138-1 Pondella Road Cape Coral, Florida: On or about June 17, 2022, the employer did not ensure that powered industrial trucks operators were trained and evaluated to ensure that they can operate it safely, exposing employees to crushed-by and struck-by hazards.
