29 CFR 1910.147(f)(3)(ii)(D): Each authorized employee did not affix a personal lockout or tagout device to the group lockout device before working on the machine or equipment: a) At National Beef Packing Company, LLC, located at 189 West By-Pass, Moultrie, GA, 31768, on or about June 2, 2022, the employer exposed employees to caught in hazards in that employees were not trained in group lockout procedures while performing maintenance.
