29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: On or about June 1, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were tasked to clean inside a permit required confined space that contained used oil-based mud, in which the employer did not evaluate and identify respiratory hazards associated with the work being conducted, exposing employees to respiratory hazards.
