29 CFR 1910.107(c)(5): Electrical equipment not approved for locations containing both deposits of readily ignitable residues and explosive vapors was present in spraying area(s): (a) On or about 05/09/2022 - Spray booths 1-6, employees were exposed to fire hazards while spraying flammable paint and primer when the electrical equipment was not approved for the location where flammable/combustible residue had been allowed to accumulate.
