29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(1)(ii): The employer did not use engineering controls and work practices in all operations covered by 29 CFR 1926.1101, regardless of the levels of exposure, in the form of wet methods or wetting agents to control employee exposures during asbestos handling, mixing, removal, cutting, application and cleanup: At a worksite located at 1956 NE Parvin Rd, Kansas City, MO 64116: The employer is failing to protect employees from the health hazards associated with asbestos. This was demonstrated on or about April 21, 2022, and at times prior to when the employer did not ensure that wet methods or wetting agents were used during the demolition of Class II asbestos-containing materials as a means of controlling exposure to employees.
