29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): On or about April 20, 2022, and at times prior thereto, at the jobsite located at 1501 Scripture Street, Denton, TX 76201, employees occupied working levels of the multitiered scaffold system that were not fully planked, exposing the employee(s) to trip and fall hazards to the lower level on the following instances: a) Third Tier on April 20, 2022; b) Seventh Tier on April 20, 2022; c) Eight Tier on April 20, 2022.
