29 CFR 1926.350(a)(9): Compressed gas cylinders were not secured in an upright position at all times: Note: This paragraph does not apply to short periods of time while cylinders are being hoisted or carried: a) 901 N. Market St., Wilmington, DE 19801 (ground floor lobby): On or about March 31, 2022, the employer allowed a tank labeled UN1978 "Propane" found free standing in the first-floor lobby to be left unattended. The tanks were exposed to being knocked over, struck or damaged by passing or falling objects such as, but not limited to building materials handled during construction activities at the worksite.
