29 CFR 1910.101(b):The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: 5.8.4 Cylinder positions in storage: All compressed gas cylinders in service or in storage at user locations shall be secured to prevent falling or rolling. (a) Zekelman Industries, Inc., at the address of 1 Council Street, Wheatland, PA. On or about March 25, 2022 and times prior thereto: Full oxygen compressed gas storage area- Ten oxygen compressed gas cylinders were free standing and not secured. (b) Zekelman Industries, Inc., at the address of 1 Council Street, Wheatland, PA. On or about March 25, 2022 and times prior thereto: Empty oxygen compressed gas storage area- One oxygen compressed gas cylinder was observed in the storage area free standing and not secured. (c) Zekelman Industries, Inc., at the address of 1 Council Street, Wheatland, PA. On or about March 25, 2022 and times prior thereto: A brown and orange compressed gas cylinder was free standing and not secured.
