29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii):The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals: (a) 2650 Richmond Highway, Stafford, VA 22554: On or about 3/17/22, and times prior thereto, employees had access and exposure to cleaning and sanitizing chemicals in the storage and custodial closets, which the employer had failed to ensure that all safety data sheets were present and up-to-date in the employee available SDS Binder.
