29 CFR 1910.132(a):Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: a) International Cushioning Co. on or about February 22, 2022, at the address of 2101 Cedar St. Fremont, OH: The employer did not ensure employees who worked on foam line extruder where Isobutane was discharged were provided personal protective clothing of the design/type for class 1 flammable. Employees operating in this condition without such equipment were exposed to burns hazards.
