29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): Casino: Employees used corrosive chemicals such as Spartan NABC concentrate bathroom cleaner, Auto Chlor products including MACH Turbo, D-Grease, Super 8 cleaner, Scale Kleen, MACH Enviro Dry and QA solution, Rapid Set Cement All during cleaning and maintenance operations. The employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program. The employees were exposed to eye burns, blindness, dermal burns, and severe skin damage.
