29 CFR 1910.169(a)(2)(i): Air receivers were not constructed in accordance with the 1968 edition of the A.S.M.E. Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, which is incorporated by reference as specified in 1910.6: Kummer Cell: On, or about, January 10, 2022, two shop-fabricated air receiver tanks were used to supply compressed air to the bench mounted pneumatic presses. The end fitting on each tank appeared to be standard malleable fittings with a working pressure of 150 p.s.i.g. The pressure in each receiver tank was 160 p.s.i.g.
