The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces, such as the cement mixer. 1KB & MS LLC DBA Kingston Block & Masonry LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.146(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1234830 citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/14/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Kiefer Lane Kingston, NY 12401.
