29 CFR 1910.178(n)(10):The driver shall be required to slow down for wet and slippery floors. a. On or about January 5, 2022, employer failed to protect the employee by allowing the employees to work in close proximity of a forklift while the air pallets were wet, causing the floor to be slippery, thereby exposing the employees to a struck-by hazard that resulted in the employee being hospitalized.
