29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about December 26, 2021, employees performed servicing and/or maintenance such as, but not limited to replacing hydraulic hoses on the chamfer table on the finishing line. Employees were exposed to hazardous energy in that procedures for locking out the chamfer table were not utilized.
