29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check. On or about December 7, 2021 at this workplace an employee conducted vehicle fuel tank removal and replacement recall operations and the fire extinguisher located at the repair shop south door was not annually inspected.
