29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: Facility-wide: On or about December 06, 2021, The employer did not develop and implement a written program with worksite-specific procedures and elements for the required use of 3M Full Face and Half Face Reusable Respirator, with organic filter cartridges, and 3M Particulate Respirator N95 when conducting the following operations: a) While painting with products that included, but were not limited to, a two-part epoxy D3001 545 and D8001 545primer, which was a Category 2 flammable liquid. b) While performing finishing operations that included, but were not limited to, sanding a bur on metal parts with a WEN Disc Sander (serial number: glt1709aw37974).
