29 CFR 1910.36(b)(1): At least two exit routes were not available in the workplace to permit prompt evacuation of employees and other building occupants during an emergency. The exit routes must be located as far away as practical from each other so that if one exit route is blocked by fire or smoke, employees can evacuate using the second exit route: (a) On or about November 16, 2021, and at times prior, at 410 South Railroad Avenue in Grace City, North Dakota, for the employees working on the second, third, and fourth floors of the seed cleaner building where the only means of egress is the man lift ladder.
